Breakfast was good. The location was perfect as it relates to its proximity to other places I would want to visit. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

My family and I have visited Panama three times, and each time we find ourselves returning to this hotel. The staff are always warm, professional, efficient, and eager to help with any request. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. Being directly connected to Albrook Mall is incredibly convenient because you can simply walk out of the hotel and have immediate access to countless shops, restaurants, services, and entertainment options. The rooms are spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of shopping or exploring Panama City. The breakfast is truly exceptional and one of the main reasons we look forward to staying here. Every morning offers an impressive spread with fresh fruits, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, cold cuts, sausages, an omelette station, fresh juices, breads, pastries, and a variety of spreads. What makes it even more special is the inclusion of authentic Panamanian dishes and different cultural offerings that vary from day to day, ensuring there is always something new to try while still having all the classic breakfast favorites available. After three visits to Panama and multiple stays at this property, it remains one of our favorite hotels. I would highly recommend to anyone!
