1) Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant, serviable et très sympathique. 2) L'hotel est bien tenuetpropre

1) je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'ascenseur ne déserve que des demi étage. 2) je ne m'attendais pas à avoir une baignoire sabot ....la salle de bain. est vétuste et mériterait d'être moderniséé. 3) je ne m'attendais pas à gravir des escaliers pour arriver à l'accueil.
