Comfy Stay Close to City Center

The cleanliness was high standard. The property was perfect for my family group. Sleeping arrangements were excellent. Supermarket around the corner. Bonus! There were items for guest use in the pantry.

With sleeping facilities for six people it was disappointing that the couch sat three guests at a push and the dining table sat four. Two slice toaster. Mesh on the coffee plunger damaged.

Very good location. Tidy accomodation and had a good night's sleep on beds. Was a good option for my family that offered a few more comforts to make our stay a bit better.

Good location, and 3 good size queen rooms. Nice layout of the property.

Check was confirmed for 3 however cleaners were there until 4.30 so we had to wait outside. One of the beds had hair and dirt in it, another had 1 towel and 3 face clothes. The hand rail on the stairs was sticky and grimly and there was obvious layers of dust and grubby walls. It needs a thorough clean

The bedding was clean, and the room was tidy. The shower was good, and the pressure of the shower was good. There were extra blankets, and the rooms were warm.

The house smelled like urine when I first opened the door. After we opened up all the windows, the smell went away. There was an awful smell coming from the heat pump. The recycling and rubbish bins were full. And the neighbors were arguing early in the morning, which woke us up. Also, the neighbors were parked all over the place, so we couldn't use the parking, and the neighbors would not answer their door when we wanted to ask them to move.

I'm not sure there was anything to like

To be honest, upon arrival we were greeted with neighbourly cars parked all over the road where it was near impossible to get into the drive & garage. After finally parking my 10 year boy went to turn the TV on after taking our bags upstairs & spotted a vape under the TV cabinet. The little garden in front looked a mess, had cockroaches in the master bedroom as well as the main bathroom, also you need to be quite petite and small to fit in the ensuit bathroom. Beds were kind of hard, unless you really like the strong smell of curry I would stay away from this place as it was just over powering from, I'm guessing all the neighbour's Also the window in the main bathroom behind the toilet should be tinted not frosted, you basically can see people in the toilet & shower.

Close to town, rooms a decent size. Quiet area.

Lots of spiders inside, and on your alarm sensor so best to get rid of them.
