"Everything was excellent."

Excellent clean comfortable apartment within walking distance of the CBD. Could not fault the place.

Nothing about the property but difficult to park in driveway especially if you have a big car as the roadway is narrow and neighbours block the road with their parking.

Property needs some maintenance to clean dirty marks on walls and chipped paint. Drains were smelly in the en suite and kitchen. No blinds on a few windows meaning the neighbours could see straight into master bedroom from driveway. There were no instructions how to use the hob so I had to google and watch a you tube video before using. Parking appears to be an issue with lots of the neighbours parked on yellow lines meaning it was difficult for us to get our car in and out of the garage. Overflowing recycle bins left on back deck filled with a huge amount of beer and wine bottles.
