ZAZAThe Palms is very beautiful. The host was very accommodating. Rooms was clean.
Where the bathroom is situated.
ZAIt was the 'little things' that were missing. To get to the main gate, we had to drive through an empty plot on a dust road. When I dialed the number at the gate, it was not answered. Fortunately my wife had another number and we were then given the gate code. There was no spoon or wood spatula to stir the coffee. The pool, which looks so nice in the advert was dirty. The bed was comfortable and the rooms was clean but, we felt, was over-priced when compared, for instance with the Tredenham Hotel in Bloemfontein, which was only slightly more expensive but was FAR superior and included breakfast.

ZAZAThe staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Animals are allowed which is an extra bonus.

Water wasn’t hot on the day of our arrival and the morning after. Even after we had reported it to the host it was only fixed in the afternoon after we had left for our commitment with partner leaving without taking a shower as he cant stand cold water.
