The apartment was lovely, nice and warm. I found the apartment peaceful and comfortable. Lovely Victorian property, with a short distance to the town, a great location for a full filled day.

Excellent location, really lovely apartment with spacious rooms and a good location. Very clean and everything looked new. Lovely kitchen and the host responded in minutes to any questions or email we had.

We thought we'd checked in and had been given a passcode for the door box but when we arrived we needed to contact the property again (they responded very quickly). Original wifi details we were given didn't work but they provided an alternate one. The TV didn't really work at all though - it kept cutting out. Car park was difficult to get into, down a very potholed muddy back yard with cars parked either side and not much space.

Fabulous location. Literally 8 minute walk into Chester town centre (in a straight line). Property was spotless and had everything we needed. Allocated parking space was an added bonus.

"Worst property we have ever stayed in."

The location was good and the car parking was very good

No hot water on arrival and radiator in living room not working. Both telephone numbers on information sheet downloaded answered with the words problem then hung up. Stayed 2 nights then left for home. Does anyone check these properties as this one is not as advertised.

The apartment was spotless, stylish and comfortable and the location - a 5 minute walk from the city centre could not have been better.

You have to slam the door to make sure it was properly closed ( not good for sleeping neighbours!)

Lovely, clean apartment. It’s very spacious and well presented in a great location close to Chester town centre.

There was no bottle opener/cork screw - minor issue.
