The view the cleaness, and the location

The view of Table Mountain from the rooftop deck was amazing - but 2 of the 4 deck chairs were broken / very uncomfortable; The location was central and it was easy to get to the beach, stores and shops; The unit was spacious and quite well equipped; The rental contact person Mohammed was always very helpful and responsive. Super nice guy. The front desk staff were also helpful and friendly.

The location - was in the midst of an extremely noisy, high traffic area, with hooting cars and taxis, noisy clubs; The decor and furniture in our unit was cheap, tacky and unattractive (not what I expected from the photos); There was a mop, bucket and cleaning equipment on the balcony; The parkade and and stairway were dark, dingy and I did not feel safe using them; The unit is advertised as being a luxury type of apartment, but it's not. It's very basic.

The location is nothing like in the photos, the apartment next door seemed to get guest throughout the night, when we arrived at the apartment at 16:30 the rooms have not be cleaned yet from the previous guests. The cleaning was done in a rush so the place was not properly cleaned

This place was beautiful and clean and the view was excellent. Wifi was fast

The property is close to the beach and other amenities such as shops etc

The parking is bit of inconvenience The property and the gym is not as portrayed on the pictures

The property was as advertised. True to the photos and description.

It was not 100% clean. I found stuff belonging to previous tenants in the fridge, and in general it could have been cleaner. Small features broken.
