Fantastyczna lokalizacja blisko dworca autobusowego, dobry kontakt z uprzejmym właścicielem, cicho w nocy, generalnie czysto i pachnąco, niezbędne wyposażenie, bardzo dokładne wskazówki dotarcia do mieszkania. Przy tej cenie jakość należy ocenić na bardzo wysoką.

Jedyny minus to rozpadający się terminal do zamka magnetycznego przy głównym wejściu, ale to kwestia całego budynku. Brudna kratka wentylacyjna w łazience. Szczegóły.

Die Lage und Gegend ist fantastisch!!! Supermarkt Extra (günstig!) ums Eck, günstiger Gemüsehändler (Türke) 300m weiter Richtung Stadtzentrum, Inder mit vernünftigen Preisen. Ca. 500m über die Eisenbahn-Fußgängerbrücke ins neue Fischerviertel, Barcode-Viertel, zum Munch-Museum und zur Oper. Tolles geräumiges Apt. mit Aufzug im 3. Stock, super ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten und Couch (im Wohnzi.), Küche voll ausgestattet (auch Gewürze und Öl vorhanden), SpüMa, WC mit Dusche, Balkon mit Stühlen und Tisch, Parkplatz Fr-So im Innenhof kostenlos (Reserviert "ITERATE"). Ich würde sofort wieder dort hinfahren.
