the decorations were nice

the apartment could've been cleaned better. For a location to be advertised as "luxury", the shower in the master bathroom did not drain well, the sheets on the second bedroom had hair all over it and smelled of sweat. We were offered a new set of linens that were never delivered (after we canceled plans to be available for them to deliver) which resulted in us having to wash the linens anyways. The brackets on the cabinet for the fridge were stripped at the top which caused the fridge not to close, we had to figure out how to force it shut.

The place is lovely and new, warm and the beds are very comfortable.

sadly we had trouble with hotel water for the entire stay, so cold showers in November were a bit hard. I am sure they will fix this but would have been nicer to have someone fix it whilst we stayed.

They could’ve cleaned the floor better, also we booked for 4 people we got only 2 coffee capsules, also lack of napkins in the kitchen

The building is new and located in a quiet area. Is very modern with all the facilities. Huge living room. Fully equipped kitchen. We loved the espresso machine. The apartment is perfect for 2 couple. It has 2 bedrooms with balcony with 2 bathrooms ... Very clean place. Close to the Old town. Overall it was a very good experience.

The bedsheets moved quite a lot, would be nice to have fitted sheets. But everything else was absolutely perfect!

Location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, half an hour walk to the city center or couple of minutes with Uber (app. 18-20 lei). Apartment is beautiful with a lot of space, has two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, huge living area and a kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped. Washing machine and a dryer is a plus. Everything was perfectly clean. We received check in instructions on the day of our arrival, very easy to follow. Private parking for a car in a building underground garage.

Apartment has a nice terrace with sitting area, but it was full of dust (in the sense that it was not cleaned before our arrival, not the regular dust that is normal for outside areas)

The apartment was spacious, modern, and had almost all that we need. Very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Just few minutes walk Parking area was also available.

Wasn't as clean as it should. Coffee machine was dirty. The area is too quiet and night walks should be avoided.

This place was fabulous. It was HUGE, had a washer and dryer and lots of amenities including a well stocked kitchen. We didn’t want to leave so we extended a day. We tried to extend two days but they were already booked.

The shower drain was not working properly, the water ran all over the floor. We let them know the next day and they sent someone right over to fix it.
