Classy 2bedroom City Centre Apt

Unable to say as never got to stay there due to the host cancelling our booking 1 day after full cost was taken - find it very difficult to accept that a change in the hosts circumstances were unknown until the day after they had taken our money 😡

The fact that we had had the booking in place for weeks but the host chose to cancel 1 day after taking our money (see above comments). We then find out it could take up to 14 days to be refunded! How are ordinary folks saving up for a treat weekend away supposed to cope with the money being taken and allowed to sit in someone else's bank account earning them interest whilst we no longer had the money to book something else? I appreciate there are '1-offs' where emergencies occur, however, it's becoming increasingly more common for hosts to behave this way - totally unacceptable in my book.

En ødelagt stol , veldig gulv kaldt. Skulle gjerne hatt mulighet for tidligere innsjekking pga at vi må dra på bagasje .Tok kontakt med eier, så kom inn en time før , så det var hyggelig.

Checking in was a little tedious as I was told on day of checking in that i had to provide id and as I had no idea on me and was already on the way, I thought unnecessary. Better to have informed me when I booked 4 days previously.
