-very small detail, but would be nice and more eco friendly to have stations to refill water bottles instead of always taking new ones

I was asked to mark my booking as a “no show” on Booking.com so they could avoid paying commission. I wasn’t comfortable with that approach, but since I was new there, I didn’t react at the time. I also booked a safari through them, and unfortunately the guide they arranged couldn’t speak any English, which made the whole experience quite difficult to enjoy. On top of that, during the rain, water started coming in from under the closed window and flooded the floor of the room. Overall, this was the only disappointing part of an otherwise wonderful Nepal trip.
