kind of getting the keys. apartment looks "tired"

Really liked the interior and the serene location. Very stylish and comfortable beds. Extremely helpful host also.

Neighbours are ridiculously noise sensitive or then the walls are extremely thin. We got a warning from normal talking at 16:00

Pesuhuoneen ja saunan lattia- ja kaakelipinnat vaatisivat uusimista ja nyt kuluneena huolellisempaa puhdistamista.

Asunto oli tosi rauhallinen ja hyvä nukkua. Sijainti oli myös ihan keskustan vieressä joten kävelemällä pääsi teatteriin ja ravintoloihin.

Tuloohjeissa oli että avain on Shell huoltoaseman tolpassa. No kun tultiin paikalle niin huoltoasema oli purettu mutta ohjeita ei oltu päivitetty. Löytyi kuitenkin se toppa kännykän valolla. Ohjeissa ei ollut selkeästi sanottu mihin koteloon avain pitäisi jättää, joten jätettiin ovessa olevaan eikä sinne mistä haettiin. Yritin soittaa aamulla vuokranattajalle mutta hän ei vastannut eikä soittanut myöhemmin takaisin. Ikkunoitakin voisi pestä joskus.

the apartment per se is nice and well furnished. nice and comfortable bed, nice kitchen equipment, though some items missing. Nice location, close to Turku river, city centre 30 minutes (nice walk). free parking available nearby, public transportation 5 minutes walk, same for local food shop.

I want my money back!!! This property was a total disappointment, in particular with the service associated to it. First, due to some problems (described below) I called the owner several times, wrote whatsapp messages, and he didn't care to answer. very bad. During my stay there there was NO HOT WATER at the shower (!), strange because hot water was available in the kitchen and in the bath's basin, but not at the shower, despite I tried on all faucets. Also, wifi was very unstable, at times it worked well, otherwise the connection was very slow. Other very disappointing issues were: 2) the apartment was NOT CLEANED before my check in. there was dust and dirt everywhere (!!), in the living room, in the bathroom, in the kitchen. all documented with pictures! 3) when I did the first shower, the water would not flow away as the shower drain was blocked with dirt (!!!) so I had to clean it 4) in the apartment there is no instruction manual. so for example to connect to the wifi I had to pick the router password directly from the router, which is located above a tall wardrobe in the hallway. Of course the owner did't care to answer when I asked for help about this problem. 5) Despite the washing machine appears recent, it's very rusty as it is positioned in front of the shower, with no shower curtain to protect it. 6) I did use the sauna, but accessing to the sauna stove is quite problematic for big buys like me. It is old and should be replaced, or at least better positioned. 7) Some apparel missing: only 1 towel per person. no sauna or face/hands towel. In the kitchen: no napkins, no place mats, no scissors, to name few. No detergent for washing machine. Should I buy all this when traveling??? How disappointing. And how about a welcome kit for guests??? In conclusion, this stay could have been a lot nicer if the owner would really care for his guests, and would care to know what's needed to do. But he doesn't. he doesn't care. How bad.
