I called again and explained to the manager that I had not used public transportation, I was in my car and I remember exactly where I left my bag. El alojamiento es una estafa. Reservamos una habitación superior con vistas a royal mile. Llegamos y no funcionaban las llaves, llamamos y nos dejaron 30 minutos en la calle. Nos bajaron a una habitación inferior con vistas a un patio. Una cama horrible, olor a humedad, un ambiente raro, llaves tiradas por el suelo.. les digo que me reembolsen la diferencia de precio y de repente me dicen que me reembolsan y que me vaya, digo que no ( 4 noches). De repente llegamos y vemos un cartel pegado en la puerta diciendo que el propietario anterior está explotando ilegalmente el negocio y que actualmente no tienen licencia para tener huéspedes y que nos tenemos que marchar. De repente sin explicaciones booking me reembolsa el dinero, cambia la teserva para una noche y me dejan en la puta calle sin que nadie me diga vete o qué está ocurriendo pero temiendo irnos y que nos cambien la clave con nuestras cosas dentro ya que en la reserva la cambian a 1 noche ( la que habíamos pasado). Búscate la vida a las 20 h de la tarde y busca 3 noches más y gástate otra pasta mientras te reembolsan Tengo el papel guardado y todos los mails diciendome que el check in está correcto, que nos esperan, las instrucciones para entrar y todo. No os fiéis!! Es una estafa y un ambiente muy raro que huele y roza lo peligroso

Ubicación excelente.

Para subir a la habitación las escaleras son muy complicadas de subir. Si eres mayor o vas con carrito de niños no puedes alojarte aqui.

It was not possible to communicate with a human about the booking. The instructions provided were confusing and required logging into various websites. The link to one website provided didnt work. It was buried in the T&Cs that there were steps to the room. There was no mention that there were 70 steps. We re booked somewhere else as a result and when asked for a refund or partial refund on day one of the three day booking were told no. Subsequent correspondence was not replied to . It was a negative experience and poor form on behalf of the operators
