The stay was pleasant, very clean rooms, the front counter young guy Cesar if I'm not mistaken is his name was very helpful very courteous very good attitude and energy this young man has. I highly recommend this place when in El Paso Tx. I will sure return to this place when visiting El Paso Tx again

Location

Hard to get in to parking lot unless you know where you are going We did not have hot water until around 9:30am the next morning even after several calls to the front desk. The chair in the room was filthy and stained.

The "Not soap" soap was difficult to use with my arthritic hands. Just offer regular liquid soap in a regular dispenser and don't try to be fancy!"
