The name of the apartments probably tells about their unique detail - the views from the window. As soon as you enter the door, you are captivated by the roofs of the old town beyond the windows. The space and location of the apartments perfectly met our needs. All spaces are very clean and tidy. The hosts are very caring, constantly asking if everything is okay, responded promptly to messages and trying to promptly resolve any problems that arose. I am very grateful that they allowed me to check in in the morning, because I arrived early and the apartments were available. Upon request, we received an additional key, and the apartment door is unlocked with a code. We found coffee, oil, basic spices and delicious cookies in the kitchen. There are two elevators in the building. There is a bus stop next to the entrance, where the bus arriving from the train station stops.

- The apartment has autonomous heating and upon arrival it was very cold (January), we had to wait a few hours for the apartment to warm up. I would advise turning on the heating before the guests arrive. - Hot water is supplied by a boiler, and it did not work immediately. The hosts called for help and after a few hours hot water appeared. - The door code stopped working in the middle of our stay, at night, which caused some inconvenience. However, the hosts eventually resolved the issue. - Sound insulation from the street is not good, you should take earplugs.

Todo muy bien

El sofá cama no es el más cómodo del mundo. Aún así, todo genial.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro, y cuenta con cafeterías y supermercados justo debajo. El propietario fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. A la hora de hacer el check-in no tuvimos ningún problema, además nos facilitó unos vídeos muy útiles que explicaban el proceso de entrada, así como el funcionamiento de la calefacción, el aire acondicionado y el sofá cama. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el apartamento es excelente y estaba muy limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias y los colchones son muy cómodos, al igual que las almohadas. La televisión es una Smart TV. Todas las ventanas tienen persianas y estores; se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle, pero nada que no se solucione con unos tapones. La cocina, aunque no la usamos, está perfectamente equipada; incluso tiene lavavajillas y lavadora. El baño estaba muy limpio y dispone de secador, además de un radiador que se puede encender y apagar según se desee. Lo único a mejorar sería la presión de la ducha, que es un poco baja.

We loved the apartment. Very spacious, bright, extremely clean, and very quiet, with amazing views out over the old town and the picturesque street below that leads to the market. Although we did not meet our host, he was very helpful, easy to contact via WhatsApp, and answered any questions immediately. The building was easy to find and the remote access worked well. Kitchen facilities sufficient, and washing machine a bonus. The apartment is perfectly located on the edge of the old town and only a few minutes away from the main attractions - very convenient to come and go throughout the day. We parked at the convenient Indigo Caesar Augusto underground car park which is only about 100 meters away - 45 euros for 4 days (3nights).
