Beautiful apartment with lovely owners that will do their upmost for you to have a pleasant stay.

Lovely balcony with views, well equipped kitchen with BBQ facilities. My room was very comfotable.

The property info is a bit misleading - it was not clear that the kitchen & dining area is shared in the upstairs & there was another guest who played music until very late.

Everything was great!

Simonstown had power outages, so we couldn’t use the jacuzzi. We were utilising it for 3min when the power went out, but it was not Penguinden’s fault. The owner was very helpful and kind

Perfect location, really nice host. We could see the whales from our bedroom jumping. I will never forget the view. The room is gigantic with 3 bathrooms.

To be honest, It's a bit old fashioned but in a good way. You could feel the wind bashing on the building. The beds are not very long (I'm 2M). I had to sleep diagonal. But I will sleep on the floor to have that view and a chance to spot the Southern right whale again.
