The apartment had great view over the sea, it is located close to Boulders beach and John, the owner, is a great guy.

Only tiny disadvanatage was little weak Wifi in some places.

Everything was lovely. Excellent view,,

The one bathroom is a problem when there is more than two people.

The views and location! Stunning view cant be denied. John was very sweet.

Place needs some tlc not like the pictures, windows cracked and the wind howls in so it sounds like youre sleeping in a tent!! The main room has a tiny double bed could be a nice comfy queen bed or king with such a view. The braai is far away not close to the unit which is a bummer with that lovely verandah. The jacuzzi was nice also far away but needs a good clean as has brown silt sediment all around the inside of the rim!!

It was my sister-in-law and 2 kids I booked the unit for. Incredible views. Centrally located to town. Comfortable bed and bathrooms.

On first arriving the chemical cleaning smell was extreme, but John was quick to rectify the issue. For the quality of the unit and comparable to where my husband and I are staying in Simons town the cost per night is very high. Potentially the reasoning being school holidays but still very expensive.

Perfect beach and Mountain View. Very quiet place.

One wash basin for dishes, rusted cutlery, fridge could use an upgrade. They should mention that their main bed is a double.
