This was a last minute booking for us & we were delighted. A little tricky to find after dark. Well lite, except for the front door lock & found out after you push one button, the numbers light up & it’s easy from there. There is a very well documented guest information book. Very thoughtfully decorated & even had a sauna. We really didn’t get to see the area much other than downtown Nevada City. We went to the Victorian Christmas Fair for the first. Enchanting downtown area with many Victorian style homes & stores. Wide range of vendors & shops. Would diffinately come back & explore some more. We cut out Christmas yesterday & anxious to get home & prepare for our own celebration. Thank you for providing your “Home Sweet Home”

This place was very comfortable and the host couldn't have been nicer to deal. Very close to downtown Grass Valley and very quiet. I will stay here every time I visit.

Our host, Marina, was very sweet and thoughtful. Her space was cozy, sweet and clean. It made coming back from our work event, at the end of the day - very pleasant and comfortable. We loved the energy there and the proximity to downtown - can't be beat. Great deal and can't wait to come back again! 10 out of 10 - WOULD recommend! ❤️

It was very clean and comfortable. The owner had easy and well written instructions for tv, air, lights etc. The home is at the end of a very quiet country lane. 2 comfortable outside seating areas to enjoy the birds. Very relaxing stay.
Could have used a small pot for cooking. Only large fry pans. More kitchen equipment would be nice.

The house was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The air conditioners worked great. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, wildlife and close proximity to town.
A sign would make it easier to locate.
