A nice little home for our family. Much better than staying at a hotel! The house is in the woods, the area is quiet, you can cook and relax both indoors and outdoors. We'll go back for sure.
A second bedroom would be perfect.

Cozy place with everything you need. Nice and clean and the air conditioning is excellent. Very quiet at the end of a quiet street.No noisy neighbors or dogs! The owner is a good communicator and quick to respond. Just a few minutes from Central Grass Valley.
We rated it highly because it is an excellent value Pleasant in a somewhat funky way.

Only 1 AC is located in the living/family room, NOT in the bedroom; so it took a long time to lower the temperature in the bedroom.
