Here’s a polished version for Booking.com that keeps your points clear and credible: After a 12-hour flight, our arrival experience was extremely frustrating. Check-in took around 30 minutes because the reception had been informed there would only be one adult instead of two. We couldn’t reach the host immediately and had to wait around for assistance. Then the key hunt began — the key wasn’t in the key safe as instructed, but left in an open mailbox instead. Finding it was especially unpleasant because the building’s shared areas have no proper ventilation, and the elevator takes 15–20 minutes to arrive. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the room itself has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Would I stay here again? Definitely not.

Bidet pressure is so weak. Their supply of toilet paper for 8 nights took for a while to delivered it. There’s a cleaning fee of P700 if requested during our stay ?

This has to be the best airbnb unit we have ever rented in the Philippines. Very clean unit! Location was perfect. Excellent host, excellent unit!
