Casa Chiper - Apartament Parter

I like that we could self check-in. I liked that the rooms were clean. Location in the old town was perfect.

One of the rooms we stayed in, had no window. In the first night we tried to figure out how can we switch off the ventilation because it was too hot, air was very dry. In the second day we found out that the only way was to switch off the heat from the other room were our friends stayed. That did nothing, it was still hot the second night. In the first day we had to wait 3 hours to do the check-in, there were some problems with the cleaning ladies. We were notified in the morning about that. The parking was a nightmare, there were only 2 spots in front of the building were you had to park on the curb, because there was already a car parked there it made the second one a lot harder the get in. We tried to park in some other place, but the neighbor's were very hostile. Threatening that they were gonna damage our car if we would park there. Overall it was not a very pleasant experience. We would of paid a lot more to stay in another place if we would of known that from the begging. Also, we were not notified that the second room was tiny and had no windows, the photos that are shown in the site are misleading. A very clean, cozy, pleasant appartment. Very amiable hosts, attentive to our needs.

Lovely old house totally converted, everything is new and beautifully designed. There are three apartments on 3 floors, each is rented separately but we didn't understand it from the beginning. There is a mini-kitchen on each floor for the breakfast or to heat some delivery food, and a full bathroom. Fine internet quality - I had to work a little during our stay, nothing to complain about. Two lower floors don't have the view but are more spacious than the attic. Attic is more like a romantic getaway nest but our son loved it, too, the hammock especially. We've spent one night in the attic just to enjoy the view to Old Town :) Owners are very helpful, we've arrived quite late but the apartment was ready, which doesn't always work like that, from our experience :) Very pleasant stay, thanks a lot! A great place to spend time with a large company of friends - renting all three apartments at once. We're thinking about it for the future :)
