Great location, easy short walk to main street and to beach, and many restaurants very close by. Amazing views of the port with glass walls on two sides of the living room, and a great balcony. Very light and airy feeling. Spacious apartment with tons of closet space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, good size fridge.

Being in the penthouse (5th floor) means you will either get your workout in the small stairway or use the tiny elevator. Near the end of our stay, the elevator broke down, so we were concerned about hauling our luggage down, but the manager was kind enough to send someone to carry all of our luggage down the stairs.

Very smooth communications and ease of entry. Beautifully appointed apartment with wonderful views. Excellent kitchen facilities and well prepared for us. Overall, a great place to stay in Denia.

Would have appreciated more cleaning products to keep the flat to its high standards if staying more than a few days.

Location. Fabulous light streaming in. Walking distance to old town, great shops, lovely restaurants. Lift up to 5th floor where apartment is located. Cleanliness, furniture, beds, bathrooms. Everything! Really amazing communication via WhatsApp from Raul and Rocio - they really know how to treat guests well.

No parking, had to pay €15 to stay overnight in nearby port car park. But this works well if you're aware of the additional cost before you go. There may be alternative car parks for free or less cost so do your homework before you travel, it worked well for us though.

That was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautiful, cozy, feel like home. Lots of small touches including real paintings on the walls. The apartment is on the top floor, thus the balcony and the view is stunning. Only positive vibes. You must witness the sunrise over the port. Magnificent! Great location. Family and child-friendly. Worth every penny! I highly recommend!
