Très bon emplacement à côté d’une station de métro et de la maison de la terreur. Très confortable, ascenseur, serrures automatiques bien pratiques.

Absence de micro ondes.

The location is good, close to city centre.

Place needs better cleaning as you could see the marks on the floor and hob. Also the washing machine wasn’t working and I loaded it with clothes and they only got wet, had to wash them by hand after. I would prefer to be told the washing machine is broken so I would not use it rather than washing the clothes by hand after.

셀프체크인 시스템인데 호스트가 부킹닷컴으로 연락이 안돼서 로밍까지 해가며 문자를 보냄. 새벽에 체크인하는 일정이었는데 호스트가 체크인 방법 전달을 깜빡해서 하마터면 못 들어갈 뻔 함.... 너무 화가 났었음. 그 이후에도 연락이 잘 되지 않았음. 세탁기가 고장나서 오전 일정을 날렸음.

Расположение отличное, квартира чистая и достаточно просторная, есть все необходимое для готовки на кухне.

За день до заезда нас предупредили о сломавшейся стиральной машине и что работают над ее заменой. Стиральная машина нам была нужна, т.к. путешествие долгое и квартиру мы искали имеено с ней. Но! За 2 недели нашего проживания машину не только не заменили, но и владелец аппартаментов ни разу не вышел с нами на связь, несмотря на практически ежедневные письма ему. Просто игнорировал все наши сообщения. И хорошо, что это была только сломанная стиральная машина, а не что-то более серьезное, типа бойлера или холодильника. Тогда даже не знаю, что бы мы делали. Отвратительное поведение владельца жилья.

Квартира чистая,рядом метро.А так есть некоторые мелочи,хотелось бы чтоб улучшить некоторые проблемы.

Подушки ужасные, небыло микроволновки ,мало было туалетной бумаги,машинка стиральная не работала,полотенца не хватало ,так как мы были 10 дней .хотелось бы чтобы поменяли постельное бельё, так как уже устаревшое, полотенца тоже старые.Лестница очень узкая и неудобная,шкаф дверцы не закрываются.В душе кран бежал .

The apartment is exactly like the photos, even though the location is not in the center, it’s well connected through the metro.

Unfortunately some things might use some maintanance, nothing big to report though. What I did not like was the cleaning, I had the feeling like it wasn’t so clean after all, so that could be improved. For example the couch felt to dirty. I had troubles to get in touché through messages with the host to revive the code for the check in, usually it’s around 3 pm and I had to call them to receive it at 3.10 pm

Nice airy apartment with easy access to the metro. Air-conditioning unit was a plus. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Easy access to buses and tram as well

The stairs to the loft were a little tricky. No kitchen towels and ran out of toilet roll.
