The apartment itself is beautiful, with a large spacious balcony. The location was perfect, very close to the train station. There were enough facilities to cook (hob, oven) and a washing machine and clothes horse which was very useful.

Although the apartment was mostly cleaned well, there was a LOT of long dark hair on the bedding, floor, sofa, towels etc. I also personally thought the hosts were a little rude/abrupt, and didn't appreciate being told we could check in at 11:00, than having to wait until after 12:00 (although I accept this can happen if the previous guests are late leaving etc). I also thought charging an extra 30e to use to use the hot tub was a little unfair and should be made much clearer when booking. Charging 20e to keep our luggage between check out and going for the flight also seemed very greedy - no accommodation has ever charged me to hold luggage after check out before, but maybe common in Bari...

There was only one blanket and bedsheet for 2 people. We asked for separate blanket and bedsheet and were charged EUR 20 extra. I have never in my life encountered such thing: if the booking is for 2 people, bedding should be provided for 2 people. We asked for separate blankets, the owner said no prob, and said he will be back in 10 minutes . After more than an hour waiting, he just wrote a message that it costs 20 EUR extra, which he did not mention before. The owner only wrote to me in Italian. Very unpleasant.

The apartment is well located, perfect to visit Bari. We parked near by and it was really good. Amazing fifth floor apartment with all your need, comfy bed, balcony with a view of the city. Totally worth it.

The apartment is very clean, with a large and beautiful balcony. The location is perfect in the city center and close to Bari Centrale. I really liked this apartment.
