The location was good. Same to be a good neighbourhood. There are some convenient stores in walking distance.

The yard needed some grooming, the grass was too high. The kitchen cupboards and draws should have been much cleaner, it was noticable that they were not wiped inside. There are cobwebs. These are only pointers that can be improved.

Good central location in a quiet redidential street

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised off the spacious driveway but the gate was very narrow. Driving a Ford ST we managed to squeeze in. Any larger car I’m not sure how difficult it would be. Access was easy as there was a key lock at the entrance. As you enter there is a small hallway with stairs and kitchen to the left, sitting room in front and downstairs toilet to the right. The kitchen is a good size with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and normal electrical appliances and a breakfast style table with two seats. Sitting room was a good size. Tv above the fireplace and 2 seater sofas and armchair with long coffee table and two side tables. Up stairs there are 3 large bedrooms. Master room is slightly bigger with double bed, two side tables and large wardrobe which had extra duvet inside (no cover). 2nd bedroom had double bed, wardrobe and large drawer with mirror above. 3rd room also double bed with a built in wardrobe and bedside table and long mirror. Overall the beds were really comfortable and had a good night sleep. Plenty of pillows provided and blanket on one bed.

Where do I begin! When looking for a property to stay in Newcastle I was taken encouraged by the right up and photos and some reviews off this property. We liked the idea if there being a BQQ and had actually planned part of our wkd to have one on the Sunday afternoon. After we had emptied the car we had a look around. The house was tidy and clean, as in hoovered dusted. Looked in the cupboards to find plates but no bowls, so many mugs (I didn’t think to count them but must of been around 8) 6 tall glasses and one plastic wine glass. There was enough cutlery for the all of us but the fork was mix and match. Utensils were adequate but dirty. Potato’s masher still had dried on mash potato. I washed everything before I was willing to use any of it. There was a supply of tea/coffee and sugar but the sugar was a little damp (thankfully none of us take sugar) there was oil, salt and pepper, cling film and foil. Other utensils were two small frying pans, 2 small saucepans, 1 large bowl, chopping board which had stains in the plaster from cut marks. Set of knives, 1 jug, 1 baking tray, pizza tray. Access to the garden was easy, key was on the switch box by the door. The garden was a good size and tidy but very old and tired looking. The grass, well weeds were kept short. The storage shed was old and weathered. Think the only thing keeping it up was the amount piled up inside it. On the booking it stated the BQQ was in storage. When we came outside it was on the patio full of water and dirty and most likely the last remains of it being used last. Also on the patio was table and just two chairs and on top was a dirty probably used cafeteria. Not sure how long it had been left there for. For a house that is based on 6 sharing it doesnt hold the amenities for this. There could be so much potential for this place. 4 of us stayed here for this booking.

Location was nice the property was very nice it was clean and tidy. the shower was very nice and the heating was very good. The kitchen was functional although we were out on both days and didn't really use it.I liked the area it was very quiet and no issues at all. There was a shop within walking distance and a bus stop very close by. Newcastle Town centre was brilliant,great shopping and places to eat.

It is winter so we did not use the garden but it needs a lot of work. There was only one bathroom so we struggled with this in the morning but i suppose it's a minor issue really. we parked out side as there was no way we could get our car through the gate as you can't get the car straight to do it safely. The main bedroom had a wardrobe and so did one other but the 3rd smaller bedroom didn't have one and if we had been staying for a week this would have been an issue.

Only 2 chairs for 3 in kitchen we had to eat in living room off coffee table. . Poorly kitted out kitchen with not sufficient cooking equipment. Wires dangling from tv to walll and hoover in living room.. 6 coat hangers for a 3 bedroomed house and if more than 3 people stayed only enough seating for 3 in living room..
