Lovely staff

(This is more about mobile infrastructure - nothing to do with the hotel/resort). Safaricom signal was weak; best to have an Airtel line.

"Peaceful Rainforest Vibe with Brilliant Ambience & Fantastic Staff"

Although the location is 20km outside of Eldoret city, it was perfect for us and like being in a rainforest. We were warmly greeted with a smile from Grace at reception who was very friendly and helpful, like all the other staff who work there. They could not do enough for us. We stayed in the executive room with a private veranda (where Bill Gates stayed during his visit in 2009), which was spacious, comfortable and spotless. A big thanks to Jeffrey, the chef who made some wonderful food, recommend the fish tacos and tomato soup. There was a great choice at breakfast and Jeffery again kindly made us masala chai every morning. The ambience of Nabieri and sitting around the fire pit in the restaurant having a Tusker was great, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone for a different kind of hotel experience.
