Principe Real charming garden view flat at the heart of Lisbon

The apartment was so unique and beautifully designed. We loved the dormer windows and the views. The bedrooms were comfortably appointed, the beds/mattresses were great and we slept very well. The bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen perfectly equipped for everything we needed. The hosts Michael&Ana were communicative and quick to answer any questions. We really appreciated the special touches like the neighborhood recommendations, paper goods and even some coffee to start our first day. We loved our stay here and hope to return!

It was light and airy and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around for sightseeing.

The apartment was on the top floor of the building, with numerous steps to tackle. This should be considered prior to booking as it would be challenging to carry a medium sized case up, especially if you have any back issues. The stairwell was dark and would benefit from extra light.

Wonderful Stay in Lisbon This apartment was absolutely lovely—clean, stylish, and full of modern comforts. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable, with great local spots nearby. Our host was kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. Be prepared for six flights of stairs, but once inside, the space is more than worth it. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, friendly and attentive hosts, great location, spacious and clean.

The lack of elevator, a lot of steps to climb to get to the 3rd /4th floor- would not be good for elderly people or people with mobility issues.

Principe Real is a great neighbourhood in Lisbon. Lots of transport options, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. The apartment is in a central location, opposite a park which had a local market and restaurants where you can also listen to music. The apartment is large with two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has a bonus powder room. Michael is a great host and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

It was just as shown. Great location. Walking distance to popular sites. Close to a metro and on a bus line. Michael was great and got back to us quickly when we had a question.

It doesn’t have an elevator and it is on the third floor but we knew that when we rented the place.

I think it is important that people know it is 6 flights of 10 steps to the unit. We liked everything about the place, but honestly this should be disclosed. If my parents had booked this location, they would not have been able to say here
