中心から少し離れてたので静かに過ごせてよかった。

隣が養鶏場で早朝からニワトリの鳴き声がうるさかったのと、鶏糞の匂いもあった。

very good location in Moalboal close to busy street with all restaurants nice pool area sufficient rooms - nice bathroom outside staff helped us to get to the port to transfer to Bohol via private van

the restaurant is very limited in food offer but was no problem because many restaurants around you need to know that the pool is used for diving sessions not so many sunbeds outside

Beautiful villa and property. Well maintained. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Did not mind the outdoor shower. I’ve seen complaints in previous reviews about the water pressure, but it was not a big deal. There was hot water and we had zero concerns. Appreciated the drying rack. Bathroom was huge. Toilet is the Japanese type. The owner I believe is Korean thus the food on site reflected that (ex. Ramen, soju). They had tables outside of each room. Pool was sufficient. There is a diving school on the grounds and you’d see tourist practicing in the deep end. Felt safe on this property. They also have a dryer type of machine near the pool. Walking distance to main block of Moalboal was a 5 min walk.

Needed more table space to put things in the main room.

They’re still building things so if you want to sleep during the day they’re just extremely noisy.

Удачное расположение отеля: 5 мин до центральной улицы с ресторанами, при этом в тишине от шумной жизни, проход через соседний дайвинг клуб к идеальному месту для снорклинга: прямо по курсу русалка и подводный бар, если направо поплыть - красивые коралловые сады, если налево поплыть - тысячные стаи сардин. Также в Моалбоал южнее видели больше 30 черепах и плавали с ними 2 часа. 2. Красивая территория отеля 3. Новый отель 4. Отличный мангошейк в баре отеля 5. Можно арендовать в отеле ласты (150 песо), спасательные жилеты (150 песо), маски с трубками и коралки. 6. Тихие соседи - все азиаты 7. Очень уютная ванная комната с большой удобной сушилкой 8. Хороший Кондиционер, на кровать не дует 9. В номере стоит кровать для 3 человека 10. Большие и удобные полки для хранения вещей 11. Индивидуальный ключ от сейфа дали нам на время проживания - мы были вдвойне спокойны

1. Базовое наполнение номера: везите свои тапочки для номера, шампунь, гель для душа 2. Основной минус: за 5 ночей убирались 1 раз, наверное, надо каждый день говорить об этом на ресепшен 3. Непривычный и неудобный гигиенический душ в сиденье унитаза (как в Японии) 4. Слабый напор воды в душевой лейке, но так везде в Моалбоал Несмотря на небольшие минусы, я второй раз остановилась бы здесь

The location is very convenient if you're looking to do a few adventure activities (e.g. Kawasan Falls, Whale Shark Swimming) as these activities are a lot closer compared to if you were to stay in Cebu City. The staff were also very helpful in organising activities etc.

Before booking, we knew that the property was still being developed however we didn't expect the bedrooms to be as 'barebones' as it was. This was quite surprising to us as the hotel is on the pricier end for the area and doesn't include many facilities or breakfast etc compared to other "premium" hotels. My partner and I also found it quite difficult to get a good nights sleep as the bed was hard and we were awoken at everyday at 8am to loud music playing right outside our room. I believe this music was for the pool area however the speaker was right next to our bedroom wall (which was very thin) so it always woke us up even with earplugs. We also experienced some miscommunications with payment which made our check-out very stressful, however this was handled pretty quickly by the staff.
