Sofa both ends collapsed cooker was nit cleaned properly dirty frying pan also need better quilts mattress were stained also bathroom sink leaking did report sink and it was dealt with next day as you walked in the house looked lovely day before we left we cooked and seen how bad cooker was but they do need to put new quilts on bed staining mattress should be changed only seen when we stripped beds on leaving did report sofa but nothing done we noticed previously some one in March had complained about the sofa plus dinning room chair is loose ready to fall apart

Could have been better idea would be tv in bedroom as only 1 tv for whole house

Great location to the town centre. The property had everything we needed for our stay.

There was nothing we didn't like! A guide on what to put in the recycling bin would be nice as different areas allow different materials in the recycling bin.

Bulbs missing in bathroom made it hard for the men to shave, shower was either freezing cold or red hot, beds uncomfortable and flat pillows, sofa was not fit to sit on was like sitting on floor, crumbs and finger/toe nails under cushions, badly stained cups in kitchen really needs some updating and some paint

Loved the whole apartment, very clean and tidy.

My daughter sat on the couch and there was a nail sticking out and it scratched her pretty bad on her leg. The WiFi only seemed to work up untill Wednesday.

Great location and spacious enough for the 7 of us. Clean and tidy and good value for money. Had an issue with shower head not working well and message and they were round the next morning to change it.

Sofa needs looking at. Both ends sink as if springs are gone. Could do with a nice lamp in the living room too.

Decent location 10 mins walk to promenade. Spacious rooms that had everything

2 flights of stairs up to the apartment . My granny was 85 and struggled but that is only due to her age obviously

Excellent place. Was improved even more since our last visit in March. Very comfortable beds. And since March they have a new sofa which was very soft and comfy. Very accommodating and good value. Been before and we defo will come again in the future!

Lack of coathooks. Eg: there was a good shoerack at the bottom but we wish there was a coat hooks either above it or if no space maybe some under the stairs to attic room (opposite kitchen and bathroom) so we can hang up any our coats damp from rain.

The flat was simply amazing from top to bottom, so much space. It's a home away from home, so clean.has all basic items needed, having the option of a bath or a shower was so good. Staff were brilliant with communication (via text), giving details for check in etc.

Having to leave, I did cry. Suggestions I have would be small TVs in the bedrooms, especially for night time for kids, or if a group of friends that want to have own space. A lamp in the corner of livingroom (behind dining table) to make it cozy at night so not needing the big light. Possibly (blackout) curtains in the rooms to keep darker especially for morning when it's really sunny and the lighter nights.
