"Good, but a few maintenance issues need sorting!"

Spotless, well equipped. Hot tub great, bonus having an air fryer. Good location on the site especially for plane spotters!

Showers need a serious upgrade. One made a horrendous noise and the other was unusable as the shower head was unstable. Plug in basin wouldn't hold the water. No hair dryer.

"We had a nice stay but expected more from the lakes area."

The outdoor seating and hot tub was nice, and there was plenty of space in the caravan. Having 2 showers was helpful for getting ready to go out.

The clean towels provided did smell quite strongly of cigarettes. We had a bit of a problem with ants in the property - however the owner was kind about this when I messaged. Also my personal view on Tattershall lakes as a whole was I thought it was quite bad there were no walking trails around the lakes with nice views that were not blocked by a caravan. Basically in order to get a nice view there you have to have booked a caravan right on the lake and therefore only have view of the one lake from one angle for the stay.

Amazing stay, hottub was attended to and filled up while we was there, lovely staff and gorgeous caravan, thank you so much!

Umbrella was faulty and wouldn’t go up but it wasn’t so much an issue, just thought I’d let you know x

"Great stay."

Property was very clean and very well equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. Plus a lovely surprise welcome pack with Prosecco, sweets and biscuits. The hot tub was amazing, again very clean and checked daily which gave us confidence in the safety. We had a great stay. Contacted owner on arrival and she was more than helpful and friendly in directing us to the correct van.

The facilities on sight were good

The carervan itself was lots of faults owner's said they would come to repair but never did. Ive also messaged and got no response at all very disappointing
