Great staff, facilities (especially the pool and restaurant), location, and transport options (cheaper than anticipated). The place was absolutely wonderful and well worth what we paid. Would happily come back again.

Perhaps a working gym space would be good but otherwise everything was great.

Big rooms, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice English breakfast with additional fresh fruits, since we were the only guests and didn't make sense to have a buffet for 4 people. Beautiful garden and lake behind the hotel. Close to the historic park. Sufficient gym and nice clean pool.

The furniture needs to be replaced as it looks dated.

The wonderful staff, the lovely pool surrounded by lilawadi flowers, the peaceful atmosphere, the lotus flowers, the shuttle to the historic parc, the comfy beds, we loved our stay with you!

Very nice hotel, a few km away from the Sukhothai historical park, but a free shuttle bus is at your disposition to bring you to the park and to pick you up again. People at the reception were friendly and even gave us an upgrade. The room was spacious and the bathroom is huge. A big swimming pool is available and there is a biological garden where they grow the vegetables and the fruits they use in the kitchen. We took dinner in the restaurant of the hotel (Pink Lotus) and although it was almost empty, the food was good and tasty and service was friendly. There is also a nice bar with friendly people and drinks at a reasonable price.

In fact, nothing. Just to comment that it is a beautiful hotel (although maybe not perfect) that has clearly suffered somewhat from the past covid period. Some refreshing might be done. But then again, taking into account the price paid, it is a very good choice to visit the historical park.
