Das Hostel liegt am Ortsrand, aber trotzdem noch super zentral. Zum Strand war es von unserem Zimmer 2 min über die Straße! :-) Edith war super hilfreich beim Buchen von Touren oder wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Check-In und Check-Out liefen absolut problemlos.

Man merkt, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört und scheint generell auf Isabela der Standard zu sein.

The property comprises of two buildings. We stayed in the building that has the ground floor bar. Our room was on top of the bar and had a large patio facing the ocean. The room had many windows and we had a beautiful view! The king sized bed and linens were very comfortable. The room came furnished with a small bar fridge. Our host was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and spoke English, which we appreciated. Some people commented on the fact that there seem to be many rules for this stay, but I felt they were all appropriate and helps the accommodation to stay clean and to be enjoyed by everyone.

We like to book accommodations that allow us to cook. The kitchen in the hostel building was very basic, as is typical here in the Galapagos. In the kitchen, and in our room, the only hot water available was in the shower. There is no way to make coffee. There is no clothes rack to put clothes on our balcony to dry water pressure in the shower varied.

I loved that hostal, my room (#3) was beautiful and had a hammock inside. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was small but had everything I needed, water was hot in the shower. There is air conditioning. Filtered water in the kitchen. A nice terrasse on the roof. The hostal is right by the flamingo lagoon, a short 5 min walk to the center of town, and very close to Bar de Beto where we can go for an access to the beach. The owner is super nice, she recommended some restaurants, a lavanderia and she helped organize my taxi to the airport. I would definitely recommend that hostal!

The only suggestion I would make is that my room was a bit noisy since it’s right by the street. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend another room that is more inside the building.

Die Betreiber, insbesondere Edith sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer oben über der Bar mit toller Terrasse ist süß, der Blick toll!! Das Bett ist groß und bequem.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht leider nicht mehr den Bildern. Wasser wird nicht im Zimmer bereit gestellt und kann nur in einem anderen Gebäude aufgefüllt werden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Für den Preis könnte zumindest ein Frühstück inkludiert sein.
