Stunning 4 bedroom home near cotswolds and Stratford upon avon

The house was fantastic with enough room for us all. We enjoyed our stay very much. The village is nearby so we were able to walk to the local pub for a delicious meal.

The property was neat and very clean, it had a private backyard. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything needed to prepare meals. There were games for kids, including a foos ball table. The property seemed newly renovated. There is an additional guest loo downstairs. The property was very tastefully decorated, yet still child friendly. A pleasure to come home to!

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Beautiful home, very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Local public transport not very regular, struggled getting to and from the town. No normal television only netflix etc apps. Obviously does not effect how lovely the home is.

Lovely property very modern and clean, good size

Just needs a couple of finishing touches, blinds would be good in all rooms especially kitchen and lounge as this is a big area and a bit echo sounding, mattress in the 3rd double room needs replacing as not comfortable, box room could do with small bedside tablet

Perfect location. Close to Stratford and other local walks/attractions.. lovely neighbourhood. House is really nicely done and practical. There were 8 of us staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for all, we had everything we needed for cooking, and we had a really enjoyable stay.I would highly recommend.

The home was clean, spacious and in an awesome location!

The whole experience was seamless from the confirmation of the booking to collecting the keys to checking out. Our host communicated very well. We were so pleased with the accommodation. We felt really comfortable and at home as it was immaculate, cozy and had everything we needed. We also had some thoughtful treats! The location was perfect, close enough to everything we wanted to see while on holiday. We will definitely love to stay here again!

the keys were in a box at the door , so easy to get in . the house was very clean and welcoming and surprisingly spacious which was great for 5 adults and two children . it was very well stocked with everything you need, . Tea, coffee and sugar were available along with some biscuits and popcorn .there were plenty of mugs and plates , not just a set of six. it had washing up liquid , dishwasher tables, washing tablets kitchen roll, cling film and foil which was great as you really dont want to be bringing these things for a weekend. we were very happy with the whole set up .
