The location, the self check In and the how to get to the key

There was nothing we didn’t like

Sehr große geräumige Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend guter Ausstattung. In der Nebensaison ist sehr ruhig und man kann den schönen Blick auf die Bucht genießen. (Direkt ggü liegen mehrere große Hotels deshalb wird es ab Saisoneröffnung vermutlich nicht mehr so ruhig sein.)

In der Nebensaison ist zu beachten, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, dass der Bus nicht sehr oft fährt und im Ort alles geschlossen ist. Zum Einkaufen und Essen muss man nach Pollença oder Port de Pollença. Nach Port de Pollença gibt es hinter dem Haus einen schönen Wanderweg, mit dem man in ca. 45min in Port de Pollença ist. Ansonsten ist der Bus eine gute Alternative. Man muss nur die Abfahrtzeiten beachten.

Gorgeous apartment very close to the beach with views of the sea and mountains. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Aircon was fantastic and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of eateries nearby. Free carpark right outside the apartment was very much appreciated too.

Beach towels would’ve been appreciated for this level of accommodation. Also the parasol for the roof terrace was broken (we found it lying at the back of the terrace). We bought a cheap beach parasol which we managed with and left it there for the next people to use. But loved the apartment; these were only minor niggles that didn’t spoil our stay.

I love the close proximity to the sea, literally two steps from your flat and you have 2 beaches to choose from :) Cala Sant Vicenc is a quiet more local area with just beautiful serene views and very laid back atmosphere. The flat itself had 3 bedrooms, two double beds and one single one plus large living room with massive tarrase. It is very comfortable and facilities are new and very clean. I would definitely book it again in near future, for the view, sea side and lively local people.

The mosquitoes at night are very present, so make sure you get something against them. The view from balcony is on parking and bins, so if you want to have a proper sea side view make sure you book an apartment at first floor or the ones closer up to the hill.

- Beautifully located apartment in small tourist village. - View from balcony on sea and "Cap Formentor". - 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - Some kitchen fundamentals present. - Late checkout allowed on departure day.

- Unpersonal hosting organisation sending you a link and an app for information. - Parking not at apartment but public parking 5 min walk (from door to car) not convenient with little kids. - No mosquito nets. - Minor upgrade could help overall quality feel (leaky toilet etc... )
