Breakfast selection is ok. Coffee and juice is average. Normally empty by 8:30

Normally other hotel breakfast our is served until 10am. This hotel only serve until 9 but most of food selection is gone by 8-8:30

Limited hot water and pressure. No power points in sitting room

The hotel is well located and is very good value for money. We opted for the Executive Suite and it was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the king bed, the sitting area with smart TV and the desk. The shower was excellent. The buffet breakfast lacked variety but was adequate.

The staff performance was disappointing. We were initially given the wrong room. When we rectified that, we found the safe box was locked and it took three requests over a period of an hour to get someone to open it. The breakfast room staff were plentiful, but largely ineffective and unfriendly.
