Die ruhige Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen, da man vollkommen ungestört entspannen konnte. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und bot viel Platz für alle. Ein Highlight war der große Pool, der perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen war.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat, wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden.

La disposition des chambres était Top avec une pièce à vivre centrale Très bien conçue pour une grande famille, composée de plusieurs petites familles de plus, nous avons bénéficié des produits locaux dans le potager avec l’accord du propriétaire

"Gaggi horror - a series of unfortunate events!"

Very little... we could get a glimpse of the Etna erupting on Friday night.. other than that thank goodness that we were in good company!

When we arrived pool was empty and being refilled through a dripping pipe. We had very nice weather during our stay with 24C temperatures - we could have done great use of the pool, but this was not possible as it only finished filling up by the time we were about to leave! The BBQ was a rusty old grill that even the pigs situated in the hut next door would have not eaten from. We found the pots and pans on the floor in a closed cupboard. We had to ask for WiFi and an electric kettle which the owner got us relatively quickly. On the first night we ran out of hot water as the owner forgot to plug in the power supply and we had no access to the room where the power access was located, so spent two days without hot water. The washing machine was leaking water whilst draining. Owner got someone to fix it in a hurry but it was still leaking and we had to use a bicket to capture the overflowing water. We woke up on Good Friday to a horrible sewage stench which again the owner got fixed later on in the day. The showers only had a waterfall showerhead which made it quite difficult to wash the kids into. The area in which the property is situated is practically a slum. To top it all up, I refused to pay the cleaning fee at the end of the stay given all of the above and the owner started offending me in very typical italian insults!
