Horrible experience! Only 1 key worked. We had to walk to another location at night for another key after a full day of missed work because mngmt. wouldn't respond with key info. Had to replace cookware then wasted my time with 28 email correspondences to finally be reimbursed weeks after.Mattress was from 1980 w dips and stains.Uncomfortable. Laundry machine was broken. No other laundry in building. No front desk, lobby bathroom or house cleaning. Was NOT worth the time & money. Worst part was the excuses and run-around by Zodiak Management. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from them!
This was a great place so handy to central city and a quick walk to some great cafes and the casino.i will definitely use again.

I booked for 3 but only 2 towel sets were provided. So one of us had to a face towel after shower The food container was full of fungi and the balcony bench set was dirty. The sink tap became loose when I first turn the tap handle for water. I checked there was no broken part and the tap holder (or screws) underneath the sink was loosened. I did not have the tool to tighten it so I had to use a wired-type hanger to hold it upright for temporary use. I emailed these to property management with videos to explain the situation but no help was given. I stayed for 9 days and no one came to assist me. Now I am asked to pay NZ 250 to repair the loosen sink tap after check out. It is very disappointing.
AUThe stay here at the cozy studio retreat was perfect for relaxation and a little get away, it gave the full experience of being ‘home away from home’ with its cozy environment. Definitely a 5/5 for time we had spent there, me and my little family we happily book here again :)
