This is definitely the best apart I've ever live in in Tbilisi! Fully equipped kitchen, amazing mattress, nice Tblisi view, nearby road with free parking (but I bought Tbilisi Parking non-zone ticket still). Irina is extremely hospitable and nice! I would be glad to stay there again. Answering claims about microwave oven and steep stairs - oven works (but maybe some guests may click strange modes after what you have to click more to turn it on); stairs is stepp, but short, maybe 20-30 meters. If you order a taxi, ask them to srive on Kakabadze treet, there will not be any problems for them to drive to.

"Great place to stay"

Apartment was clean and comfortable, little kitchen with everything you need and, of course, terrace view - it was perfect. The host was really nice

Keep in mind that you will need to walk a bit uphill, as the apartment is located slightly on the hill Otherwise everything's great!
