Central location was excellent in a nice area with excellent secure underground car park.
The kitchen tap was lop sided and loose but did work. The on off shower tap handle was not secured properly and was prone to fall off. The valve on the rear bedroom radiator developed a leak as it was only finger tight and I had to put a bind under it to catch the drips. One of the shower screens was missing.

Super Lage mitten in der Stadt mit eigenem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus und Aufzug vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu und hochwertig ausgestattet, geräumig und toll aufgeteilt. Haustiere erlaubt. Unkomplizierter Check-Inn und Check-Out.
Schade, dass wohl irgendwelche "Gäste" in der Wohnung randaliert hatten. Die Duschkabine war nur noch teilweise vorhanden, das Bettteil und die Nachtkästen wieder so gut wie möglich angebracht. Teilweise waren Boden und Fenster verkratzt. Die Eigentümer haben unser Mitgefühl. Die Duschkabine sollte gerichtet werden um weiteren Schaden an der Tür und dem Türstock des Bades zu vermeiden.
