USIt was clean, liked the location.
I wish I was told that it was so many flights up, I’m 81 and the stars made it difficult. I was also not informed about the parking issues. I drove and found it difficult to find parking. There was a parking garage about two blocks away, very expensive.

ALThe apartment was cosy, clean and well-located.
The AC couldn't heat the room. Perhaps it ran out of gas.
CAMonica greeted us on time and was friendly. She responded quickly to our questions. We really enjoyed the location in a vibrant area of Bari within walking distance of the Old Town and train station.
I can confirm former comments: - the hot water is not reliable or abundant - there are 5 flights of 14-16 steps each - the bathroom smells of mildew - the shower curtain is filthy and lets water out onto the floor - the pillows have little fill

There was an awful smell in the bathroom. The was a kettle but no tea and coffee provided. Didn't like the location
AUStefano made a special effort to let us in even though we were earlier than we thought we’d be. He also helped us get one of our suitcases up the 70 stairs. The location was great and there are done great bars and restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The 70 steps up to the apartment were too much for travel weary travelers with very big suitcases. The pillows were atrocious. There was only one we could use. There were no tea bags or coffee pods even though there was a kettle and a coffee maker. It would have been more welcoming if there was at least 2 tea bags and coffee pods for our first day. We stayed for 2 nights and took an apartment to cook and have breakfast at home. Many other places we’ve stayed in had welcoming packs; coffee makers and pods and water.
