La struttura è piuttosto decentrata dal centro di Lipari, quindi tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Scarso il livello di pulizia. Bagno datato con rubinetteria incrostata di calcare. Letto privo di rivestimento con pulizia giornaliera scadente. Colazione imbarazzante: pochissima scelta e assolutamente assenti i prodotti tipici della zona. Cornetti surgelati immangiabili e opzioni salate (uova strapazzate, bacon..) fredde.
