This is a beautiful property, very serene and relaxing. The staff was always available to help with any request. The scenery and sunsets are stunning. Definitely want to go back.

It is amazing awesome location right on the beach and located near a couple of activities. The staff were very helpful and arranged transportation etc quickly to malumpati and other activities.

Getting there is a big issue, and if you are alone you can be really stuck as there is no one to really talk or interact with. A perfect place to get away but not singularly.

The location is stunning—private, beachfront, and incredibly serene. The staff were exceptionally kind and truly outstanding. The breakfast was decent.

We stayed in Villa Iten, a two-story villa with two spacious balconies and three en-suite bedrooms. However, the property is in need of significant TLC. The ceiling shows signs of water damage, and the bedrooms and bathrooms could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The duvet insert had noticeable stains and either needs to be properly laundered or replaced. Additionally, the couch cover required washing as well.

The remote location with sunset views was a big plus for me. And also, for the first time, I appreciated a beach resort with a pool. The room was pretty big, and the sofa bed facing the floor length windows is simply adorable.

The food selection was rather limited.

This place is like paradise - gorgeous landscaping and view. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Helped us organise trips out to a little island, a local cold spring and go to fruit markets and meet local trike operators who drove us around for a few days. Pool was great for the kids and there were a few bars up the beach that you could walk to as something different. Really fresh food for breakfast and dinner. Excellent value for money.

The beds were very hard - that is the only downside to this whole stay.

Incredible beach front location, incredibly quiet and peaceful. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Staff were so friendly and helpful - we arrived after the restaurant had closed and they went to collect a takeaway for us! Great facilities as well, including a beautiful pool beneath the palms overlooking the sea, and free use of crystal kayaks.

Slightly hard to find at night, as the resort sign on the road is quite small and not lit up.
