Location is a big positive , to reach any part of Vagamon

The total lack of 'maintainence' in the room . My family was shocked at the way the room was kept . Sheets and pillows , just a carry over from the previous stay .Just folded and kept just to give it anew and fresh look . Bathroom was just a vomit away for me , literally. How can a resort take their guests for this granted. I wanted to RUN away from that place , but the check in was too late . I avoided the bath somehow . I didn't want to complaint to any one there . I guess the people who run it are people who has taken it from the owner for running a resort , trying to make a good buck . This is my second time in Vagamon and this time also these fly by night so called resorts made me realise that Kerala is way way way behind , when it comes to basic standards. God bless the guests who comes to this resort for a stay.My humble request , please don't go there...no joking

The rooms are spacious, and the views from the windows are pleasant. The comfortable beds and dining areas are suitable for families. Additionally, parking facilities are available.

The maintenance of both electrical and plumbing systems is inadequate. The sanitary installations are poorly executed, and the fan is excessively noisy without any regulator switches. Additionally, the sports lights and the majority of other lighting fixtures are non-functional. In the bedroom, there is only a single tube light, and no bedside lamps are available. Furthermore, the access road leading to the property is unpaved, which creates a negative initial impression.

The view from the room was excellent. Hotel looked good from outside.

No Room service, my parents who were 70 yrs old, had to take the luggage to the third floor by stairs as there were no room boys. Bed sheets and pillow cases were used ones and my parents asked them to changeat leastt the pillow cases. No towel, soap etc. Toilet were smelly.

Everything was good..! Staffs were very helpful!

Location is good and staff behaviour is excellent but when come to canteen facility,it is not adjustable. Food is often brought from outside and this lead to some time delay. If canteen facility is provided at the hotel itself,it would have been good.

Morning tea is not received in time

The rooms are quite spacious and the surroundings are serene. Huge windows in both sections of the space, adds to the flair of this site. The staff is otherwise helpful.

The damp inside the rooms. Maintenance is required. No cullinary option. Without a vehicle, one might get stuck. Another irony is that couples are allowed and non-couples are not...

Room is good and spacious. Toilet good. Location good

Food arrangement not good, too late. Service of staff not good.
