Appliances like the cooker, dishwasher, fridge, showers etc are quite new and work very well. The communal areas are very good - great table for playing card games. Sauna was good as well. Underfloor heating took a few hours to warm the house, but we found it very effective.

The 4th bedroom is external to the cabin and was too cold for one of our children to use. The hot tub is very DIY! It was difficult to find the steps that lead down to the cabin because the neighbour had parked blocking the top of the steps.
