Appartement très calme et bien agencé

Manque de matériel de cuisine: pas de casserole, pas de bouilloire électrique, poêle très petite

Buena ubicación, cerca del centro. La casa está bastante nueva y tiene un diseño muy bonito.

Al ser un bajo, no tiene luz natural ni tampoco casi ventilación. Hay un deshumidificador encendido las 24 horas. Si se apaga, el olor a humedad se nota bastante.

Well located, easy access, spacious sleeping rooms.

Be aware it is a basement!!! Generally mustiness and scent of spilled wine accompanied us every time we entered the apartament (not in the coridor). Despite we saw that apartament was recently renovated we weren't able open washing mashine. Maybe fortunately, because after opening its detergent drawer we saw a lot of mold. The apartement is much darker than it seems from the photographs. We had to use lamps all the time. Opening windows didn't really allow fresh air but moisture with scent of wet floor or basement. Also to keep privacy we had to use window blind. Terrace is a mistake on -1 floor in inner yard. Full of toys and drying clothes. It is not a private terrace absolutely.

Que tuviese de todo, lavadora, cafetera,secador. Estaba bastante bien equipado

Todo muy limpio y nuevo

Zona pericolosa e casa piena di muffa.... non consigliamo
