Luxury 2br Apartment In Central

Great location. Tea/coffee and some biscuits were a nice touch. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Only one very small thing was there was only 1 toilet roll available. But shops close by so not a big thing at all.

From the booking process to checking out absolutely exceptional. Host is very responsive and nothing is too much to ask. The location is outstanding and parking is inclusive of the price. The apartment looks exactly the same as it is on pictures and the standards have been maintained. Amenities around apartment to make sure stay is even more comfortable. Balcony easily accessible and cute little river water fall view. Nisa Local is right underneath the apartment with anything you need for your stay and it’s also 24 hours. Deposit debited 3 days before check in and refunded 3 days later no issues. Mattress’s are a little on the springy side but I honestly had the best 2 nights sleep! Amazing stay and I will definitely be booking regularly it really felt like a home from home. Thankyou

I was stranded for over 30mins looking for who and where to get the keys from

The location was great, minutes drive away from Arndale & Piccadilly shopping centre, the key handover was very smooth from the Nisa local below and the communication was spot on

The flat ran out of hot water at some points so we had to take cold showers, the whole flat was not cleaned properly - found hairs and lots of dust. There was no kitchen roll provided and 1 partially used toilet roll per bathroom, and 1 dishwasher tablet to use for a 2 night stay. The beds are not great, could feel every spring when laying down.

We collected the keys from the shop below using a code provided to us previously. We obtain them from a real person which was a pleasant surprise

The place was clean and spacious.

Car parking was bad, no parking. It's very we ended up having our car locked in the car park the whole weekend. that means we had to hire a car to go back to Leeds, which was bad, more expensive. In future if they can work out car park for visitors that will be very helpful .

The property setup was great. The rooms and facilities were perfect for a family of four. Everything required was available at the property and for everything that wasn't, there is a department store downstairs.

The property says that free parking is available, but it is in a public area where you may or may not get to park your car and where it may not be safe.
