The Greyhouse "Small Apartment"

Great location and the interior was new. Overall it was a great experience, and it was clean. There was a kettle and a fridge which was handy.

There is no common area really, there is a foldable table and foldable chairs in the small hallway so it’s a bit tricky to navigate with 4 people. Nevertheless, we were there for one night only and it was fine, it is definitely not a deal breaker.

The quiet location

To start with we had the check in instructions, door code etc the last minute. There was absolutely no way to communicate with the owners. The common room as well as the fridge was tiny with hardly any cooking facilities.

Really cozy interior, not much common space but it was well used, loved the facilities and just the overall vibe. We didn’t get breakfast because it seemed way too expensive for what you got.

Bit far from shops

It has two comfortable bedrooms and a good bathroom. It was a nice experience, in a cozy little apartment for 4.

It has no living room and no stove on the kitchen but it is good enough for what we were looking

We were happy to leave

Absolutely no space in the common area. The common area was a narrow hall way. Fold out tables and fold out chairs occupied the whole of the common space. No one could walk past to or from the entry door. There were 2 plugs for 3 appliances, kettle, coffee machine and microwave, on the minuscule kitchen bench. There was no toaster and a very small fridge with no freezer section. In one bedroom there were 3 electric plugs on the wall 1.3m high with no supporting ledge underneath. Charging mobile phones and i- pads had to dangle. This apartment fails the standards of booking.com.

The location was good

Fridge broke day one into the stay and we were only offered a tub with ice we ended up losing $$ worth of groceries. The toilet seat broke straight away and we had to keep fixing it, we were promised wifi included it worked for a few hours out of our whole stay then didn’t work again.
