it is very affordable. very good location at the same time. the staff is so nice.. The bed is so nice too and it's very clean on the room. not dusty which is very good [knowing that i have allergies], except on the bleach smell and something fabcon/freshener, it triggers my allergy

bit noisy i can hear everyone outside or even my parent who stayed the other room. Need somecleaning on the window it seems rusty already and the smell is quiet strong for the freshener i think. I am allergic to it even to bleach.

Room itself is ok,air condition and WiFI worked without any problem. Location is good though.

The layout is in developer conditions without rooms.
