Location was excellent, especially as we found a carparking place opposite! And being so close to Sainsburys very helpful. Everything was clean and welcoming. Heaters very good, and necessary on a chilly weekend. Milk , tea and coffee and biscuits v good. Host very helpful and accessible by phone. We were allowed in early, which was very useful to us.

Microwave would have been good, especially as oven a bit inaccessible in kitchen. Hairdryer would have been appreciated, but I should have asked! Instructions as to switching on hot water not found, but we worked it out!

Lovely little place right in centre of otley. Great price considering it can sleep up to 4. Really easy to find and very informative welcome guide from the host. We went to a wedding at the Chilli barn which was only a few min taxi ride down the ride. Definitely ideal for staying in Otley.

Charlie's cottage was perfect for us. Easy access to shops and transport. Cosy and warm. Charlie was a great host and eager to help in any way.

We would have needed more in the way of cooking utensils had we stayed for longer. As it was a short break, we managed fine.

Wonderful location, minutes from town centre. Cosy & clean with excellent provision of everything you might need.Large rooms with up to date, yet sympathetic fittings and decor.

Could maybe have more areas to hang clothes in bedroom, plenty of space for a clothes rail or wardrobe. Possibly also another small light on opposite side of bed.
