A stunning location, beautiful facilities, and lovely hosts. So close to Queenstown, but a million miles away from your cookie cutter, city hotel experience. We loved Muddy Hill Moments and would highly recommend it.

The tiniest bit more space for luggage would be wonderful, but we made do comfortably with under bed storage.

Location was excellent . Hosts very friendly.

Toilet - it needs to be a flushable toilet. It felt like being in a caravan. Not very seeing your previous deposits, nor great for the host to empty the toilet cassette whilst you’re staying there. Lack of storage space for suitcases. They were always in the way. For the sake of $30, it’s be much better if basic things were provided for the duration of your stay. Such as butter, coffee etc as you’re not going to buy a pack for the few days you’re staying. It’d be nice if there was a bottle of wine upon arrival $15-$20 gets a decent bottle & would be a nice touch.
